Horticultural Fun Day
Congratulations to the winners of our 'Fun Horticultural' Day.
The sun shone and we raised £115 for the Mary Anne Evans Hospice. The local W.I. ladies and some of our local allotment people did really well entering beautiful boxes of vegetables, homemade jams and chutneys. We also had a surprise category of home made wines which we all enjoyed sampling.
After the show all the produce was sold in the bar to the delight of our customers and the hospice funds.
